On the heels of our BBB Charity Review Program—which provides factual charity information to potential donors—BBB's Charity Seal is a visual representation your charity's dedication to ethics and excellence.
BBB's Charity Seal Program is optional and available only to charities that meet BBB's 20 Standards for Charity Accountability. Organizations choosing to participate are then able to display the clear, concise and easily recognized symbol of trust on their website, solicitation materials and other communications.
To participate in the Charity Seal Program, all organizations must sign a Charity Seal Licensing Agreement and pay an annual fee based on total amount of the charity's contribution revenues in the past year. The fee amount ranges from : $50 for a charity with $200,000 or less in revenues to a maximum of $1,000 for a charity with revenues totaling $20 million or more.
